In Human Design it is called "Authority".

It is the chakra center in your body which gives you the correct decisions for you. For example, my authority is the spleen center. It is the place where intuition is. For other people authority could be the sacral or the solar plexus. Hunger, Anger, Loneliness, Tiredness is the resistance you meet for not following your authority and strategy.
