Every time we sleep, every sleep of ours is pretty much a death, the end of us for that particular day. And every awakening in the morning is the pretty much a birth, the beginning of us for that particular new day.
Life renews itself every single day. But sadly we are so stuck in the other needless routines of our lives that we fail to notice it.
For whom a new day brings no fresh life has not truly awakened. His life is very much a walking sleep!
