Properly disagreeing with people without offending them and yet still saying all that you have to say clearly is an art that not many people know of. Often disagreement leads to nastiness/bitterness which then affects the relationship, whether personal or formal, between the two parties in a very bad way. So how to best disagree with people? Well turns out, there are just two simple things/tricks one needs to keep in mind and one could disagree with anyone like a proper, mature, decent adult.
The first trick is to be explanative in your viewpoint instead of being superficial. When you explain your viewpoint properly, one can derive some value out of it rather than just simply know that you have that particular viewpoint.
The second trick is to be respectful in your opinion rather than agressive. When you do so, the person will know that the difference in opinion between them and you isn't personal.
Lastly, always remember that the best debates are never about winning the argument; they are always about seeking the truth.
