'Katherine The Great'
The Russian Empress Katherine the Great and her subjects made from porcelain and painted with taste in various positions under Her Majesty. Katherine the Great was a great leader. She did a lot of good things for her people.
Let's ask ourselves for a bit why is it that people accept, follow and need someone in charge of states, corporations, or every endeavour there is or will ever be?
I think the answer lies in peace of mind that can be achieved by following as opposed to stress and responsibility that comes from leading. But, there are several other factors too.
As humans are social beings, who live in a group, certain group dynamics are always created. This is hard-wired in our genes and subconsciously we always look up to exceptional individuals to lead things for the benefit of the group.
Also, there is no such thing as group responsibility., only an individual one. If one puts several people in charge of something without clear tasks, the project is likely to fail. It is not a coincidence that there is always one leader of a state, a company or anyone else for that matter. We are human beings, not ants.

Thank you so much @velimir for giving us information about The Great katherince, You know what it's not easy for someone to be remembered for so long, and to able yourself to do that, requires a lot of hard work and determination, and this is what Katherine did, as you said she is known for her good things that she had done for the people, this was her power, Helping others was her power, and today she is being remembered for her work that she has done in her life. Today i want to say a few words
I have written above lines because, whenever I visit to your blogs about various topics and comment in your post, you always appreciate our comments. It is seen that some big whale promote their content with the help of votting bots and do not appreciate to the responses of their follwer. This is really bad.
I have seen many bloggers constantly updating their posts in every single hour but they don't have time to reply on comments they receive in their blogs. I think, votting bots are adding negative value to community and it is quiet difficult for newbies to grow.
