'Stone Legacy'

When the boat ride over the sea lake ends, one finds himself on a little island with an old stone building on it. A sturdy architecture of the 12th century, in-between pine trees, covered in sunlight, bears witness to times when people were looking for secluded places for life and prayer. This place was home to an order of Benedictine monks.

Now it is empty and home to no one. The restaurant and lovely stone beaches are the reason tourist come to visit. the inside of the place itself is locked shut for years now.

The decorations are really interesting, They enhance the Mediterranean vibe. To the right is a pot for catching lobsters.

@velimir hello 👋 sir Your pictures are very beautiful. I comment on your total post. Your posts are awesome. You're right, the fun of traveling by boat is different. Your first pic looks very beautiful, stone houses on the side of the river. It looks like a lot older old house. And some of the girls, boys, third pictures, who are going to eat in the restaurant, are made from some tree buds, where two bottles are kept. His next pictures are very beautiful in the boat 🛥. Take these pictures on your journey ?? Near your house

What a beautiful place! In spite of the old building, it looks spectacular. It is a very nice structure, I like the design it has. The details that you share in the photos I love, without a doubt, you can spend a lot of time in that place, the warm colors and the nature is perfect.

Wao velimir such a amazing photography.....very cool lake...Amazing restaurant...very beautiful beach...very interesting photography....lovely and interesting decorations peices.....boat looks very neat and clean...such a lovely tress....overall photography is excellent.....i am big fan of you and your photography......thanks for sharing sir.

have started following you as I like this type of brief easily digestable style. I am very busy running my dive shop in the day so this is nice t have a cold drink and read a brief snippet of someone elses adventure. Keep it up love it!!

I love your post, @velimr. Always sharing such wonderful things as you are. That place looks beautiful, I love the castle, it's very good despite the years of oldness that you say it has. The photos are super quality, I love how quiet and relaxed you see everything there, special for a good day.
