Max Igan The Final Solution is to Opt Out

At around 100 minutes where you were talking about how we spend more time with our coworkers than our families, that's a very good point. That's why I feel very fortunate to be a heavy diesel truck mechanic. Since the work is too dirty, dangerous, too technical, and too physically demanding for women, the workplace is entirely male. Of every few years some athletic young tomboy woman goes through diesel school and then tries to do the job in the real world but they tend to last maybe a year at the maximum. Once trained up they're as slow as the oldest gray beard in the shop and since they're going full out all the time, trying to keep up, they end up getting hurt. Back and shoulder injuries are the most common. And after the 3rd trip to the hospital they either take a pay cut and move into management or they leave the industry. So where I work, logic prevails. Almost all of us have guns and there's only one Hillary voter, a granola eating ex hippy but that's about it. It's a nice place to work.
