  "The practice of Rajayoga enables you to realize that the God who is omnipresent in the universe also resides within you." 

        God do present in each being if you seek inwardly. However, to reach the height of the realization, practise of yoga is necessary. Yoga can be further derive to four elements, which is karma, bhakti, raja and jnana yoga. Regardless of any religion you are in, the practise of yoga would be narrate upon. Only name-calling would have changed, but the fundamentals remains similar.  

        Rajayoga is one of the path of God realization. Perhaps, the path, which is practical and can be follow. However, in this modern age, the guidance of a true Guru is important to attain the correct pathway. Raja yoga can be further elaborate in eight steps, as below;

1. Self-Control
2. Discipline 
3. Physical exercises
4. Breath exercises
5. Withdrawal of the senses from the external objects
6. Concentration
7. Meditation
8. Complete realization

        Each eight steps can be further break down to discrete elaboration. For the purpose of this article, the eight steps would be remain simplified. All the eight steps are indeed interrelated to each and another. Perfect accomplishment needed in stages before the next advancement. Thus, guidance of a Guru to measure the accomplishment of disciple in every stage is on need. He is the only one who can uplift you to the next stage to attain the full liberation.  

        At the final stage of complete realization, the feelings of oneness with God can be feel. The search have come into conclusion. He who is omnipresent in the universe also resides within you. At that stage, the logic of current encounters, issues and all the hardships would be unveil to you. Realizing all the predicament is a mere dust upon God realization within you. If you believe that God can solved all the misfortune, sorrow, sadness and malice, same solution is bestow upon God realization within oneself.
