Profound. Moving. Inspirational.

There has been one time in my life where I felt what you described - every fiber of my being came alive at the same time. And ironically, it was when I was singing.

I had been trying to expand my vocal range. It was at 3 octaves. I worked and worked with a voice coach to sing higher and higher and one night, around 8:30 pm, I did it. As a natural Alto, I reached High C, then D, then E, then F and finally, I sang the G above high C so loudly that it was heard across the building.

I was singing, every part of my body, heart and mind were singing. I was all voice, all High G and nothing else existed except my body and the note piercing the air.

Thank you for the reminder of that beautiful moment. Thank you for the inspiration to reach it again in many different ways.
