Three years ago I discovered one interesting ability of my body, it is a kind of supernatural ability, I think. If I put kitchen utensils, scissors, cell phones or some other metal items on my chest, they don't fall or even slide down. It looks like there is a magnet in my body which attracts metal or steel items and prevents them from falling down.
I know, it is not easy to believe that all these utensils are not glued to my chest. They aren't really. May be it is not seen clearly in the above picture, but I tied to bend somehow to show that the items can stay on my chest without glue even if I move or bend slightly.
In my childhood I heard many stories about people's supernatural abilities. I saw some photos in newspapers or in the Internet where people could hold metal items on their chests or on some other body parts without touching them by their hands. It was so interesting and a bit scaring at one and the same time.
But it was a childhood, and I forgot about these things when I grew up. But one day I wanted to play some kind of a trick with my mother, so I put her cell phone on my chest....but it didn't slide down. What is the hell?
Then I put scissors and some other uensils on my chest, but they stayed there. I rushed to my mom in excitement and sked her to take a picture of me. Here it is:
I was happy to discover this wonderful supernatural ability! But my mom, an experienced physiologist, explained me that this ability is not so supernatural as I want it to be. There are a lot of magnetic fields around our heart and the heart itself is a kind of a magnet. That's why metal items became magnetized and don't fall down. But each organism is unique, some people have strong magnetic fields around, but some people have weak ones. This is one of the reasons why not all the people have such an ability.
All my friends and colleaguess at work know about this my ability, some of them even tried to put iPad on my chest, but it was too heavy and it began to slide down slightly, ha ha ha
For the first time I made different experiments, applying various items to my chest, but later I noticed that my heart aches after these experiments with different utensils, and I didn't feel well. And besides the magnetizing power is reduced if I put some steel or iron items on my chest several times a day...Now I try not to experiment with my body and metal utensils.
I hope you like this story.
By the way, do you have some supernatural abilities? What are they?

I tried placing tiny sugar spoons on my chest but they clattered to the floor and freaked out my cat. :) When I was very young, I seemed to be prescient. A vision or thought would come into my mind quite vividly...and a day or two later it would take place. I once watched my neighbour mow his lawn and had a vivid "memory" of attending his funeral...which happened several weeks later. I had a vision of my Italian grandmother--who I had never met--dying and in fact she died that very day, rather young (71) and in good health, of the flu although our family didn't find out until the following day when our relatives in Italy called with the news. I "saw" my cousin deliver a box of her hand-me-downs and books for me (something that had never happened before) and lo and behold, the following day she came over with her parents with a box of goodies! My father bought himself a new coat and as he put it on to show my mom I saw it burning up...a few days later our backyard shed was torched by an arsonist and the coat, left on a peg on the door, was burned to a crisp. This kind of thing happened so frequently that by the age of 8 or 9 I thought it was commonplace and mentioned it to my teacher...who immediately contacted my parents to set up a session with a psychologist. My parents, who were aware of my visions and didn't take them seriously, convinced the school administrators that I was an imaginative child with a fondness for books and magical stories. My prescience slowed down, and eventually stopped, in my early teens. It was the oddest thing and I could never explain how or why it happened, just that it did.

Wow! I tink if you treated these visions more serious and develop them, you would have become an outstanding paranormalist. That's a great ability

You would be interested in the "Electric Universe Theory" which states that the electromagnetic force is the driving force in our Universe not gravity. As what you are experiencing would fall into the "electricity of life" field of study in that theory. Check it out, see the "Thunder Bolts Project" on YouTube for starters. So... you're magneto?
I've never gotten a papercut, despite having had a job or two dealing with copius amounts of paper. I think I might have a slight resistance to papercuts!
Worst. Superpower. Ever.
