Hi Steemians, In living this life I think it takes a goal in living for our success, what is the point of setting goals? Often we are more likely to achieve what we want. But this is not entirely true.
Let's review what the benefits of setting goals for successful goals. In my opinion, there are two great benefits in setting goals:
Setting goal settings gives you more focus. You will enlarge the action that needs to be done to achieve whatever you want.
Will grow and grow in a way you've never done before. You will become more developed, and will be a useful person in achieving your own goals.
In life, we tend to see long-term and short-term. In the short term, you can face some hurdles and challenges. By setting goals, you will develop your long-term outlook. If the goal is strong, then it can be adjusted to the impact you want next, you will be able to pass the short-term obstacles.
You can also act and ensure that your goals are truly achieved. The most powerful goals are those who are rooted in their impact, with the positive contribution you want to make. Let us examine some of the elements of the goal towards a goal-setting that is truly powerful.
Impact
Is your goal in line with your vision vision? Your vision vision is the difference you want in the world and the positive contribution you can make. Run your goal with a few questions about yourself, is this goal something that will help you get closer to your vision? Do you understand and be ready about the impact that will occur? Some of these things should be structured in your thinking.
Measurable
Attach a conception of the numbers to the results to be achieved. The figure is used as a reference in assessing your goals, so it can be more measurable. It is important to determine yourself to move forward, so you will know when you get there. It will also help you measure your progress along the way, and will provide an important motivator for yourself.
Reached
Where are you from now, can these goals be governed by you? If it is a goal that makes you so anxious, then you will become paralyzed and hesitant to take action, it is not a meaningful goal. Keep your goals in a zone of discomfort, so you will learn and grow. With these challenges, then you will be more experienced to perform the conceptual goals.
Timing
Think about time estimates for your purpose. Remember that having a specific time is critical to the aspect of the plan. Timing is useful for managing a plan to fit goals. If you want to achieve your goals with the maximum, then you must also be smart in processing time. Do not make that time frame so flexible that you are lulled to delay completing your goal.
Although this time setting has elements similar to the description of the goal stages you create, the most important thing is to encourage each other to better and focus on the impact of your results. It is very important, if you are able to ensure that your goals are focused on the impact your results have. You will be closer to the impact of your results than you only dreamed of. You will become more developed as you are able to overcome those impacts.
So Steemians my writing on this occasion, hopefully can help though in a momentary reflection and may be useful for all.
