Great Post! The power empathy within our interactions is incredible. Too often it gets overlooked and you hear people say "there's just something about him/her that I just click with". The ability to be empathic in your relationships and in a work environment can not only assist you in these areas but bring you a new sense completeness and peace knowing that you are operating with a deeper understanding.

Definetely that sense of completeness is really important. People mostly are happy with their jobs, only because the environment is positive and the relations between people are fun and outgoing while doing the basic tasks.
