Morning sick and bio rhythm

in life •  7 years ago

Every morning I feel sick and miserable.

I do wake up by myself early. These first seconds I feel well, but while I am still in my bed it starts.
I never had it (and no I am not pregnant).

My daughter feels sick if she has to wake up too early or has to have breakfast early in the morning.

I should say: at least 2 of my daughters deal with that problem. So the best thing to do is not to have breakfast. Both are also night owls. I read it has something to do with the personal bio rhythm, hormons (?) etc, being out of balance. It should get better the older you get. That is great news for all these people who feel sick early in the morning, but it does not help me. I am older now and I never had this morning sickness.

This picture is made with my smartphone. It is small, grows outside in the grass and I do not know what it is. It feels like something I did swallow up.
