Which one will eat Palashak or Kalimishak?

Palashak and Kalimishak are available in the vegetable market in winter. The nutritional quality of these two vegetables is said to be with Divisional Head and Chief Nutrition Supervisor Shamsunnahar Nahid of the Food and Nutrition Department at the Bardem General Hospital.

He said the quality of two types of vegetables

Palashak

  • This bone has high magnesium, which helps reduce blood pressure. In it, excessive Vitamin A, lymphocytes, or blood-whitening virus protects the body from various infections and diseases.

  • There are more than 10 different types of Flavonoids that work against various complex diseases including cancer. High-quality beta carotene helps reduce the risk of cataracts. Vitamin A helps to maintain moisture outside the skin.

  • Folic acid can play an important role in protecting the heart. Carotenoid is present in adult dense green rows due to high chlorophyll and it acts as an obstructive and cancer resistant body.

  • Those who have asthma or kidney problems should not eat spinach. They may have some physical problems while eating these vegetables.

  • A cup of spinach is able to meet daily needs of Vitamin A & K as well as filling 20 percent of the daily requirement of fiber. These nutrients are essential for the normal functioning of the body.

  • It is very beneficial for the body due to low calorie intake.

  • High iron, which is very important for oxygen production in the body. It removes body fatigue and increases energy levels.
