Hang in there, don't give up on Steemit

Huh..Reading your post I only hope you will not end up addicted. :) 24/7 is a lot :) When do you sleep?
Ok, so I guess there is no major difference in sites where we post. One way or another our shared and unshared information is used and could be or is abused. More I think about it - I would call it Life. I take every site as a Stage or Podium. You make a speach (post), some people listen, some partly, some not (visit). Some will clap at the end (likes), some will be excited and tell someone about it (shares). Some will be envy, some angry (flags). Some exposures are for free, for some you get a fee for costs and incouragement. What else did we expect? In the end we are only human.

You are right. True. Well I guess on FB you get at least likes for ego boosting. This can be a huge deal for some people. It is addicting. After a while you embrace the benefits of likes and you share more and more detailed, more personal, more intimate stuff. You may end up naked.
When I look at Steemit, more or less all starts with cents. Human greed for ego boosters (likes - one way or another) can go wild sometimes. Like you said - it's not all about the money. But with money and greed combination we can expect scams, self voting, flagging others, begging for return voting ect. On one hand we love being exposed, on the other we would like to keep our privacy. Hmm.
