Im starting yoga tomorrow. Does anyone have any tips, advice, links?
My body really needs it.
To all you manly men out there, some of the gayest moves are the most beneficial, lol.
Cant wait to get started. I will be doing basic stretches to start. Im educated in both nutrition and exercise but, its been awhile. Im looking for something basic to start if anyone knows anything. Cheers
Are you joining a class or going by your self? There are a lot of youtube videos. I have used Ekhart Yoga outside of classes. They have a wide range of videos, some free, but you can allso buy a membership there.

Im doing at home by myself. My wife goes to classes and has shown me a few things. I will check that out ty :). I have lots of tension in head neck shoulders and back so im hoping to loosen things up a bit.

I think Yoga will help you loosen things up. I had a lot of tension in my hips, and yoga has helped me out a lot. Start nice and easy, and dont push to hard, work on getting the poses correct and concentrate on your breath.

I did yoga with my wife a few times. It's really not as easy as it looks. But like the previous comment...it's just a matter of knowing how far to push.

Embrace it and allow yourself to enjoy it. Don't let any thought of manliness into your mind it not about that. Your body with thank you as long as your treat it with yoga.
