BUDDHIST CHALLENGE

My dad used to say that I was "de contentillo" (1) a Mexican expression to say someone is changeable, fickle, as I went from one activity to another without completing one.

Maybe he was right as I actually get bored easily; however, there has always been a constant in my life: wanting to know myself, look for the meaning of life, be a better person, uff! Those existentialist questions that sometimes seem meaningless but fortunately or not, they have been around for years in my mind.

In the search for those answers one day I found a video on YouTube that I loved and I decided to do the homework she recommends:

The thing is, as they say, I am "de contentillo" so I am afraid this goes away the same way I stopped drawing classes, swimming, DIY videos, binding or doing yoga, therefore, I decided that starting tomorrow I will begin a #buddhistchallenge that I will share with whoever it's out there.

What is the self-assigned challenge?

(2) Write the summary of what I understood from the video
(3) Doing the homework the buddhist nun venerable Damacho gave
(4) Share the learnings in #Steemit
