Hey people of steem,
So I have been here for some time, have posted some exclusive stories for this site and ran contests that have given away probably over $1,000. Hopefully this is just the start and will get more in-depth when the site becomes more user-friendly. I have also met lots of awesome people on here who have said some awesome things and I am thankful for them. This might be a full-time job in the future when the site pushes more quality posts and it might be the home of some more exclusive stories.
But for now I want to say thank you to everyone who has supported my work and has shown that this site is the place to be. A lot of other sites can be a haven for trolling but I am finding a large percentage of users on here are pretty cool. Being a pro writer it is great to have a place to write for between projects that can hopefully pay the bills in the future. I do think this site will make me a millionaire in the years to come, we will see.
If you are one my friends on here send me a hey. :). And we are going to build a great gaming community here when the SMTs are here. I do not know what it will consist of, I will need to see how SMTs work, but you guys are invented to join and I could use as much help as I can to build it.
But until then contests, contests, contests. Go team.

I really hope @ned is thinking about giving us some good documentation about the SMT design process well before they're released. Building a robust one is going to be a significant process, and being able to do some of the high-level design work before the code is out there should lead to better SMTs at launch.

I have been following you for a few weeks now but never really had chance to go in depth with one of your projects (if you have any going currently). That being said I am a fan of come of your short posts. I think in my six months here I have come across several great individuals that have something special that I love.
In the time that I have followed you I have learned from you some really important stuff. For example - SMT's. They are such a hot topic and with good reason but I never cared to look into them until one of your posts got me thinking what could they possibly used for. You see the thing was that (I think) you never gave any explanation for what SMT is but the context you mentioned it in was that got me interested.
Your posts are short and to the point but with one important factor. They have an idea behind them. You bounce around ideas and every once in few days one of these ideas would catch my fancy and then start looking into them and in process get to learn more about blockchian.
It is an incredible gift to have original ideas and also the ability to articulate them in a manner that would catch the fancy of the reader. Allowing them to look further into it with interest. Those who read your posts know what I am talking about.
I am really hoping to catch a lot more of you on Steemit! Ending the comment with 'Steem on' will sound a little cheesy.............. but I can't help it :-)

You have my support! Especially on the gaming community side of things, since the few communities out there quite small or see no activity, i would love a place to hang out with steemians to play some Overwatch matches and other games together! Creating your own community SMT sounds cool too!

This is a great idea, I've learned that contests can be great for so many reasons. My personal experience has been that a contest can be fun, makes you get to know people better and it's sometimes forces you out of your comfort zone. I can't wait to se what you have in mind 😉
