Today in Parliment the queen said "My government will make further progress to tackle the gender pay gap and discrimination against people on the basis of race, faith , gender , disability or sexual orientation"
Its a small step I know, but a step in the right direction none the less, you never know we might get her to host London's Pride Parade yet..
