I think one of the best ways to be motivated is to start on a high note. And it could be different for different people. One of the way that I think I can get motivated in the day is when I listen to positive music right in the morning. Another way is when I work out and I feel really motivated and happy the entire day. So find what starts your day with happiness and that will motivate you!
