How to stay positive during though times:

Stop being the victim.

Its always easier said then done obviously. It's always easier to tell yourself that you are a victim during tough times than taking responsibility for yourself. Letting go of the label 'victim' will help you free yourself from resentment and bitterness.

Think positive.

No matter the situation you can figure out a positives. 

A lot of people even find a positive out come with death. They often say that the person or animal that as past away is in a better place now, and it will help coupe with their loss.

Sleep.

When people stress out they like to skip sleep, voluntarily or not. but in reality you should need more sleep in stressful times so you can rest up and deal with your problems, get clear headed and get focused.

Nature.

researchers found that spending time out in nature can give off a more relaxing and a restorative aura. Taking a quick brain clearing walk through the woods is a wonderful way to clear the mind and regain balance.
