Lets start healthy crunch and munch.
First of all throw away all your chips packets , o yeah !!!!!

Here are some of the best munch's with loud crunch:

  1. Almond : First of it is very tasty, many studies revealed it keeps heart healthy because it they are rich in mono-saturated fats which lowers cholesterol.

2)Cashew : Another yummiest , yet one of the healthiest snack.It is rich in copper which helps in healing of scratches and wounds.

3)Walnuts : Aren't they look like brain!! funny too , yes they are good for brain.It contains all the Omega 3 fats which helps in brain repair cells.

4)Pumpkin seeds : The most inexpensive hidden snack with lot of benefits.I ts a good source of zinc which gives power to your immune system.

5)Sunflower seeds : just 50 gms of seeds daily will fulfill the requirement of Vitamin E which is useful in Skin repair and also an Anti-inflammatory effect.
