kesehatan itu terletak pada makanan yg sehat bukan pada makanan yg megah dan mewah, bila makanan itu bersih dan suci pasti tidak bermasalah dg kasehatan walaupun yg kita makan itu cuman ikan asin, namun sebaliknya bila kita makan makanan yg megah tapi jauh dari kata2 suci dan bersih, disitulah terletak asal usul penyakitnya.
