2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons minced garlic
½ teaspoon 7 spices 1 tablespoon of flour 2 tablespoons of sauce
Tomato slices without peel 2 cups boiling water

Add onions, parsley and garlic to the minced meat.
Then add a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of black pepper, half a teaspoon of 7 spices, a teaspoon of paprika and a tablespoon of flour to the minced meat and mix the ingredients well.
Then we form the meat in the form of balls.
In a frying pan, put about two tablespoons of oil and fry the meatballs.
- In the same pan, put the onion pieces and a teaspoon of minced garlic until we get a golden color, put two tablespoons of tomato sauce.
We add tomato pieces without peel, add a little salt and black pepper, then put two cups of boiling water
We leave them for 5 minutes.
Add the meatballs to the sauce and leave them for 10 minutes.
Now it is ready, you can garnish it with parsley.
