Weeks of Thoughts (3/7) Poaching in the Wasteland.

Hey all, trying to get this in before the Witching Hour (heh.)

It's been a hell of a day. A damn good one. Got to go about with a friend I hope you will soon meet. Also got to see my girlfriend and her husband (and the family furbaby, a powerhouse named Zeddicus who, like me, is tuned for 85^ and above;) watch the race against Verge and now ISP with immense interest.

And I also continued gathering the rest of the worthy on my new Wastebook acct. I've created a nom de guerre, under the name Silas Danois, ofcourse. Current circumstances have prevented me from legally changing my name yet, but I'm already building myself a true life, as is right and good.

I had to drop the surprise early, as I enlisted those friends to vote in the contest, but I explained why I had chosen to include them in my life. Because they are makers. They are artists, teachers, poets, musicians, authors, philosophers, witches, and much more. Not a single one of them can be summed up in anything so urbane as words, yet they all wield their creative impulse as both shield and spear. And everyone of them understands that friendships are more important than opinions. <3

So yeah, they rock. I've very deliberately chosen to share Steemit with only those who I believe it deserves... Top assets, everyone. Steemit is a place of elites, and the folks who are content to Click/Like/Comment/Share should remain on Wastebook where they're happy.

So yeah, that's me today.
