Accept "what is it" and Let Go of what was

in life •  7 years ago

As we mature and grow wiser, we realize what we need to hold on to and what we need to leave behind.Walking away from certain situations and painful memories is a step forward. There is so much to be achieved in the short span of our lives, there are so many opportunities we can avail according to our individual capabilities and this will be impossible if we remain paralyzed by all those things that we are supposed to let go.Sometimes there are things in life that are not meant to stay.Sometimes the changes we don't want is the changes we need to grow and move away from our comfort zone.Yes it's hard but nothing in life is as painful and hard to be stuck from where you don't belong. Is it true that we should accept what its and let go of what was and have faith in what it could be.
Change happens for a reason, it is never easy but then nothing is worthwhile in life is easy. It's never been easy to let go and move on but once we do we feel free and we will realize soon that it was the best decision we ever made. Our hopes and future should not be defined by our fear which exist only in our mind.
I'm writing this not for the relationship only it is in general on how we let go of something that make us weak and gave us pain and move on into something untried and new.
There is no such thing as perfect moment for changes in our lives but we need to let go and dare to make change happen.Humans are forever and growing, life and experiences don't wait for us to come around and accept it, whether we are present or not, and luckily for those who find the courage to let go of what they could not change or alter.
Simplify your lives, share your love, care, and compassion generously, communicate honest and truthfully , stop focusing on how unlucky you are and remind yourself about how blessed you are.By doing this you are starting to make a change.
