Thanks for sharing your knowledge! For me, intermittent fasting is the best way for my digestion. Only eat between 4 and 8pm, do not after 8pm because you body needs the time to digest the food you have eaten. Look at the movies of Markus Rothkranz. He can explain it way more than I can do :)
