Greatness always begins with a strong desire. It becomes distressing when you are putting in a lot of effort and yet not having your expectations met. It's a terrible feeling and most people quit.
It is essential to know the genesis of greatness. The Bible says,
Summing it all up, friends, I'd say you'll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse. Put into practice what you learned from me, what you heard and saw and realized. Do that, and God, who makes everything work together, will work you into his most excellent harmonies. (Philippians 4:8-9 MSG)
Greatness starts from within you. Your thoughts determine your words, your words determine your actions, your actions form your habits, your habits will define your personality and your personality will determine your destiny.
It begins with what you feed your mind with; the books you read, the conversations you have, the movies you watch, the music you listen to. Consciously saturate your mind the positive and the standard is Philippians 4:8-9.
Be around people who will inspire you and help you achieve greatness.
With this you will achieve even more than what you have always desired.
