Hi! Today I want to tell you about my everyday routine.
For a long period of time, I have tried to make it work. Some office clerks may not have any problems with it but I, as a self-employed person, definitely need some diligence to sort it all out. I can work non-stop for many hours without paying any attention to the time of day. I can sleep for 12 hours straight or spend my nights partying. However, the last one was much easier when I was 18. ))
For example, today we went for a hundred km trip from Nha Trang to see a waterfall. The start was at 4 AM and we did not sleep at all. When we came back, we immediately went to bed and I got my morning cup of coffee only at 8 PM.
Right now I'm going to work on a new and a very awesome project. So, I guess, I will be striving somewhere until the dawn. In the past, I would be really paranoid about this regime rollercoaster but not long ago I realised that it disappears when you become chill. Go to sleep when you want to or party all night when you feel like it.
That is why one of the key elements of my life management is calmness. When you stressing out about your unstable day routine, just chill out. It is much more effective than to drain yourself out about a dull schedule.
In other words, this is the way I structure with my routine harmonically.
