We all face stress in our daily lives, sometimes we have too much of it in a day and just had to voice out.
Do you know transfer of aggression is likely caused by stress.
Thinking about something for a long time is stress
Having your brain solve a puzzle.
How about having a mood swing.
Thinking about what post to publish on steemit
Let's look at the major ones
Types of Stress
Job stress
Family stress
Emotional stress
Job Stress: Have you been to work after having a long weekend and only to resume work on Monday and your desk is filled with paper work. How about those bankers having to work from morn to evening attending to over 500 customers a day. Ah! the fingers hurts right? or have you noticed how hot the seat you just stood up from. Starting your week with workload you can refuse. Bills needs to be paid.
Family Stress: An African woman who is married for two or more years without kids knows the meaning of family stress. Getting back from work and having kids to take care of and cleaning plus cooking, one hell of a stress especially for those without house help.
Emotional stress: This is the most complex form of stress. When your mind is messed up, the world is messed up also. Suicidal thought emanate from emotional stress, a person with the right state of mind wouldn't think of such. I once had such thought, only then I was able to feel the exact causes of suicidal thought. Mostly caused by relationship failure, falseful accusation, pressure, abuse and disappointment. Most persons whose mind couldn't handle it, says goodbye to this wicked world. I believe you had your own share of this emotional stress.
Solution
- Have you considered taking a walk and no one gets to disturb you, take a moment about life and see where you went wrong and how you can fix yourself better.
- Talking to Someone: Taking out time to talk to a friend or family member that understands you can help you beat this. Sharing your stress through words can really help you.
- Music: This is an open portal to the mind, it goes directly deep inside and free you from all depression. Music is a soul lifter and helps you reflect on the past and plans for future.
If you are ever stressed, Music is the key to ease it.
We all complain of Stress, but Stress is just a reminder that we are still Humans.
Stress is good for one's life.
