Search for women's rights

in life •  7 years ago

Sharia and laws provided by the Koran (or any other piece of Scripture,) are by definition, totally arbitrary. The enforcement of such laws, or morals, is a direct invasion of people's right to their person and property (men and women alike.) It doesn't matter what the rules are, or how much "better" they are, than say, in Christendom.

Any invasion of these natural given rights (to person and property) is completely illegitimate actions (where self-defense is ultimately legitimate.)

Therefore, Islam, Christendom, or any other religion, be enforcement and/or implementation in legal systems, can't support the right's of anyone. Thus, Islam doesn't preserve the rights of women.
