Prehnite
A silicate mineral of felsic nature. It consists of calcium, aluminum, and of course, hydrogen and oxygen atoms. The elements involved in the formation of this crystal give it a greenish hue, while remaining semi-transparent. Often, you will find crystals with either abyssal or heavenly streaks dashing about the interior. They add a fun, black, and white contrast to the stones natural green color.

Healer of Healers
Prehnite is believed to hold powers in revitalizing your personal healing environment. When meditating with prehnite, one should invest energy to their heart chakra, as that is where the prehnite frequents. Your heart chakra will benefit from prehnite's incredible healing properties, especially if you are overly compassionate or an empath. These energies are easy to give away, being a compassionate soul, so it is important for one to take a moment to revitalize their heart chakra; where these energies manifest. Meditate with your prehnite nearby and feel its energies. Imagine your wavelength syncing with its own. When synchronized, feel its green energy healing your body at a molecular level. Feel the gentle vibrations throughout your body, as the heart pumps these energies about. You should start to feel a cleansing, refreshing effect. The idea is that once you have been healed, you can proceed to be the healer nature calls you to be, once again. Healer of healers... how cool.

Prophecy
Indigenous African shamans found prehnite to be particularly useful in granting the gift of foresight. As you heal your body with prehnite, you are cleansed of negativity and clouded judgment. With newfound mental clarity, the shamans would experience visions of prophecy. The visions are said to be associated with lucid dreaming, the act of consciously dreaming.
