This was a fun experiment. Sorry for not posting for a few days, I was exploring the possibilities of "The Secret." Here are my insights.
I am not interested in whether the law of attraction is connected with some universal force or energy. I am examining only the actions and processes of the idea to determine if they have any effect in the first place. A control group if you will.
To apply the law of attraction, you essentially place yourself under the placebo effect. You create an idea or goal and visualize it clearly before releasing it into the universe as an intention or prayer. After which you look for results of said intention in the world looking to act on them to move your life the way you want.
There are 2 parts to this. Placebo creation and affirmative action.
When you create an idea in intention to allow the universe to follow it, you put some energy into the world. More accurately, you perceive yourself expending energy, giving some weight to the belief that you are performing a real action, implying real consequence. This is the placebo.
When you look for the results of your perceived creation, you act on the idea you created and follow along with your whole being. The choices you make will indubitably bring your experiences closer to your desire.
Note this only works if you believe the placebo and act towards it.
Imagine believing in yourself and acting towards your own goals in a way that many believe grants you anything you desire.
Give it a try. Nothing to be lost here :)
I definitely have mixed feelings on this one! I do believe that you are more likely to see those opportunities that will lead you to what you want. But a mix of visualizing and being proactive will help get you to your goals.

I don't believe in the secret or in some mystical power pulling the strings when you think about something. But what I do know is that the brain working like a filter or a search engine. Every time you think about something or focusing on something in life the brain automatically filters anything not worth your attention and searching for what you think for. For example, if you are looking for a buissness opputonities then you will start paying more attention to ads and messeges online about such stuff and you will talk more about this with pople which will bring in a long term (or even short) more opputonities!

Personnaly I believe in the law of attraction.. I have experimented it because I have see it works with someone else..
If at the beginning u don't believe in it , then forcialy nothing will happend..
U know I have understand that u create ur own reality with the choices u take in life it's a fact , but first of all, you create your reality with your thoughts..
U will attract what u think deeply ( if they are negative thoughts like "I will never arrive"... "he will always be better than me".... "she loves another one" )...u will attract it ... all those thoughts create your behavior in the situation .. but I know for sure positive thoughts are really awsome.. and write positive affirmation help a lot but u have to believe of what u are writing... I have write some if you are interessted I can share the pictures I took of it?

I'd add this: ignore people who tell you stop doing that or you are wasting time, its impossible. If you can't ignore them use it as an impulse to prove them wrong.
