Starting to talk about the official story about the born of this characters, in 2008 a user called Sesseur, telling the story of Liu' and his brother Jeff and the transformation of this last, from a normal guy trough an assassin. After an accident...

The dynamic of this accident is pretty strange, in fact, Jeff disfigured himself with acid, using for wash the WC of his house.

The face becomes famous after that was published in a forum on the page "Newgrounds" the user who uploads the image was called killer Jeff.

The photo collected a huge success activating a debate from who considered that true and other says was a fake.

When the question about the originality of the photo was proposed at the user, killer Jeff says was authentic.

And from here the legends was born to give the start to an increase creepy pasta about Jeff.

The story of Katie

And from now nothing strange, until a girl, Katie
Robinson in 2013 published
a photo in the famous site 4chan wasn't particularly
a good look girl and chubby, fact than the users inside 4chan activate huge bullying

fight full of insult.

The net bullying
was terrible until a user

identified
as
the sisters of Katie going into the forum and published this messages.

After this fact, another user identified the photo of Katie like the same of Jeff the killer, and a lot of common point with the Katie
one. The today's
photo was photoshopped more with some different elements to create a really creepy one.

If the story is true, Jeff the killer is connected with a bullying chronicles
ending with a suicide.
