Thank you! I make it a little different than the traditional recipe as I like milder flavors. You simmer a couple of cinnamon sticks (some like to add a half teaspoon of peppercorns) in the milk of your choice (I like regular milk or coconut) uncovered. When it comes to a boil you grate a little turmeric and a pinch of ginger and add to the milk. Stir then turn of the flame and let sit covered. Let sit 5-10 minutes then serve with honey. It's a great drink when the weather is cold! I hope you enjoy it!
