This 9 floors building is one of the oldest blocks in my city.It was built for workers who worked at a factory near the city.After the factory was closed 25 years ago, the apartments were sold.The apartments are one room and are very small, they have about 25 square meters.Most apartments are used as offices, but there are also people who live there.
If this block were renovated it would look very good and would attract more companies to open offices here.
Usually at your place, building are not very high like 9 floors. What is the normal average of building floors at your city ? Seems very small :(

Exactly. If a nice engineer comes to reconstruct the building, organizations would come to rent it. And considering that its in a nice location, it would attract a lot of people to use it. What i wonder is why people leave their property to go bad until it becomes expensive ro renovate
