When you wake up in the morning, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Whatever ideas we put to bed with the night before, we frequently wake up with the same emotional state, which is often obvious in our dreams, and if we do not touch ourselves favourably during the day, we often conclude the day with the same sensations that we started with the morning before. Either we continue to worry as if we're trapped in a bottomless pit, or we become our own superhero and teach the small child inside our heads how to smile and laugh at himself.
However, despite the fact that there are facts and knowledge that have been passed down for hundreds of thousands of years and all that has been taught, we are merely a minority of the millions of people who refuse to learn from their collective mistakes. Everyone, on the other hand, discovers their own truth as a result of their unique life experiences. Why are we so afraid when there is some structure even in the midst of chaos? Let go of our worries, and perhaps the puzzle pieces will start to fall into their proper places. Perhaps the colours will be more vibrant, and the sky will be a deeper blue in the coming days. Isn't it amazing how quickly time flies when you're having fun?
People who are passionate about their emotions are conscious of the fact that they are... Pay close attention to those who have endured the most agonising and heartbreaking circumstances; they have a greater capacity for joy and courage. Because they have witnessed how humans can overcome any hurdle and have come to terms with the fact that nothing is everlasting.
When you accept everything as it is, you discover life in its most profound sense. It is extremely painful to accept that everything could end one day, that things could go wrong, but if you begin living with the possibility that even our closest loved ones could disappear one day, you will have defeated the fear monster that lives within you.
The cycle keeps re-repeating itself... The same faults are made over and over again, despite hundreds of years of experience and well-known mistakes. All that is different are the roles, but our games aren't all that dissimilar from one another. The most important thing is to not be afraid of making any sensible decision and doing so with courage. Please accept our apologies if we have caused you any inconvenience. We don't give in to anything that we know isn't in our best interests. The most important thing is to keep an eye on the future without losing sight of our moral compass or regretting any of our past experiences.
It is our greatest fear to face the reality of what people will think of us.... While this may be a legitimate concern in some situations, wouldn't it jeopardise the integrity of our interpersonal ties in others? And with the walls we'll build around ourselves, will it not doom us to a life of loneliness as a result? What does it matter what other people think of us if we have nothing wrong with our conscience, that is, if we have not done anything to harm someone in particular?
Imagine the sense of relaxation and freedom you'll feel once you've conquered all of your fears and worries... In my mind, my eyes shine and the child within me begins to sing...
Should we stop wishing and praising God that things don't always turn out the way we want them to? When it comes to emotions, gratitude is the only one that completely fills, completes, and distributes pleasant waves in the flow of life.
