Habits lead to a state of monotony that we are unaware of. So much so that we don't see many people or miss the event since we keep doing the same things. It's easy to fall into the habit of whining and complaining. Regrettably, habits are not as readily broken as one may believe.
Employees can easily come to the human resources office and report a problem they are unable to solve, as you are aware. They wish to consult their concerns and advance in the proper manner in their business life. They don't even recognise it most of the time when they come in and utter the same things for the same issue at regular intervals. Yes, as you've probably heard, whining becomes a habit and narrows our perspective. It depletes our motivation and drains our energy on a continuous basis.
We aren't flawless, and striving for perfection within the company framework makes us unhappy. After a while, we stop looking for solutions and just speak what we're thinking. With their own efforts, people can rectify the flaws and errors in the organisational structure. Rather than whining, it is vital to become more involved and work more in order to achieve this.
Of course, it is also a fact; it is natural for an employee to be dissatisfied with the company as well as with the employee. If the company does not meet enough criteria for you to be satisfied in your overall evaluation, you should stop working immediately. Of course, due of your habits, quitting the firm you gripe about every day is difficult. There are many folks who constantly grumble but continue to work for the same company. Am I correct? it's been on my mind Here's a storey about Osho:
A man who was a freedom fighter was continuously moving between countries. He spent one night at a caravanserai. The incessant cry of "freedom! freedom!" in a golden prison. He was taken aback when he noticed a lovely parrot yelling. "I've seen so many parrots, I've always imagined they wished to be free from these cages," the man thought to himself. But I've never seen a parrot who yearns for freedom all day, from morning to night," he said. He couldn't take it any longer and awoke in the middle of the night, opening the cage door. The owner said to the sleeping parrot, "Get out immediately."
However, he was taken aback when he noticed the parrot clinging to the cage's bars. “Have you forgotten what it's like to be free?” Please come out! Your owner is sleeping with the door open. Nobody is ever going to know. "All you have to do is soar to the sky, and the entire sky is yours." However, the parrot, who had screamed for freedom all night, refused to leave the cage now. He was gripping the parrot so firmly that he attempted to seize it with his own hands, but the parrot pecked him. Of course, he kept chanting "freedom! freedom!" at the same time.
Throughout the night, the parrot's cries could be heard. However, as a freedom warrior, the man was also obstinate. Even though his hands hurt, he climbed out of bed again, pulled the bird out, and tossed it into the sky, and was overjoyed that he had rescued a soul.
After that, he went to sleep. The parrot says "freedom! freedom!" when he wakes up in the morning. He had heard her yell. He reasoned that the parrot might be perched on a tree or a rock. The parrot, however, was sitting in the cage as he emerged. The cage door was wide open as well.
Working for a company where you are dissatisfied, on the other hand, is a waste of time, effort, and money for both sides. Rather than dealing with issues that make you uncomfortable at work (gossip, unjust promotion, unfair business structure, etc. ), channelling your energy into a more constructive direction benefits both you and the other party.
It will take a little guts and an understanding of the power of habit to undertake something you are actually confident in. If your cage is opened to free you, please go outside to stay on the proper track.
