Imagine you are given the capability to dramatically improve your focus, memory and overall productivity. Would you do it? What if I tell you it’s actually possible to do that with “magic” pills called nootropics?
Have you seen the movie Limitless? It’s a movie where Bradley Cooper gets an access to a magical pill (basically a drug) that instantly doubles his IQ. It looks tempting at first, but when the story continues, Bradley becomes addicted, his memory starts skipping and he is clearly losing his mind.
Don’t worry, drugs (or pills) with severe side effects have nothing to do with smart drugs. Smart drugs (or nootropics) are food supplements that usually consist of 100% natural ingredients that positively influence your overall productivity, improve your memory and focus and most often give you some additional energy to push yourself.
Luckily, the majority of nootropics leave no negative side-effects whatsoever. On the other hand, they aren’t as powerful as the pill from the Limitless movie. Quite often it takes weeks to start feeling the positive side effects of taking nootropics and rarely, you get an immediate kick. And as you can imagine, not all of nootropics that are on the market work. Makes sense, huh?
I have been experimenting with nootropics for several years. Honestly, you’ll have a hard time showing me an effective nootropic stack that I’m not familiar with (please go ahead and challenge me).
Now, to answer your most obvious questions: I’m still alive (yeey), I’m considered to be very healthy, my productivity level has never been as high (that’s my impression – it’s not scientifically proved), my focus is at extreme and yup, I feel outstanding (at least most of the time).
And those are the benefits you can expect from taking nootropics. For now, forget about a higher IQ, having sleepless weeks and learning a new language in a day, but a (much) higher focus and productivity will definitely help you achieve all your goals quicker and more efficiently.
Are you wondering where to start? I can give you some hints.

Interesting topic! I need to read more into it. When you say 100% food ingridient, how much of these include super foods?

Absolutely! Well, most of the ingredients are usually Vitamins (B6 / B12), minerals, amino acids (L-theanin) and several super foods/super ingredients like Lion's Mane mushroom for example.
