We all are trying our best to put on some weight so that we don't look skinny. Sometimes it feels like a strong wind will come and take us with them. Haha. Or even our friends thinks so.

Sometimes, it even becomes a bit embarrassing among our friends or batch mates when someone calls us skinny.
So, to cope up with all those issues, i have made this list researched by top dietitians to gain weight faster.
Take around 500 calories a day. It must be anything but try to stay away from fast foods. They will surely give calories but they are not healthy fats.
Increase your daily portion size a bit. If you eat a bowl of porridge then increase the bowl size so that the quantity is more. Similarly, if you are eating 3 chapatis, try to increase 1 or 2 in coming days.
Drink more water. Drinking more water will flush out harmful wastes from your body and will help in properly digesting the food which you had. Since, if the digestion will be good, then obviously you will get the nutrients from the food.
Cook foods with oil & Butter. They both have high amount of good carbs which will help your body to gain some weight.
Try to make some lifestyle changes. Join a gym, walk daily or do some cardio exercises. This will increase the metabolism of your body and you will feel more hungry due to which you will eat more and which will obviously help in gaining weight.
Get enough rest and make sure you sleep a minimum of 8 hours daily. This will help your body to heal as well as to properly digest all the calories.

Bro I read all the points carefully. I will take a big bowl next time but I have a problem. I can't sleep for 8 hours. Actually, a lot of things in my life pushing me down to the bottom of this earth.
I literally sleep for almost 5-6 hours and sometimes that no. goes to 4.5 hours. Can you recommend something more for me?

Actually you may join some gym or do some exercise. The best thing which i do is i wake up at 6:00 AM and go to gym and then i feel tired around 10 PM and when i try to sleep, it only takes a minute. You have to do something in your whole day due to which you may feel a bit tired.
