Once there was a girl.
She lives the everyday live.
Trying to think of her future.

Dreams to be a part of that world.
Sets on a journey, far away.
Strives, struggles and stumbles.
Dreams shuttered, motivation faded
She throws away everything.
She lives.
But she is dead inside.
Lost everything that keeps her human.
Art.
Love.
Family
Everything.
She reaches to that single ray of hope.
Hoping to be back where she belong.
So near yet so far.
Almost there.
Almost.
She is hopeless.
She is a mess.
She falls in a rabbithole.
Oh, so deep.
When will this end?
Is this even going to end?
Miracle.
The single ray of hope shines.
It's blinding .
It's calling her.
She reaches.
The rabbithole was a path,
to another world.

Warmly welcomed,
she jumps in.
She discovers new things.
She meets familiar faces.
She is reunited to that one thing,
that made her human.

It was here,
the dream and hope she lost.
It was always here.
She was where she belong.
And no, she is never losing anything.
Not ever again.
She looks back at the past.
She realizes.
The tears, trials and thorns.
All of them.

Everything is worth the while

This is my life in a nutshell. I know this is so vague and doesn't resemble a poem but hey, this is mine. Haha. As vague as it may be, I was teary eyed making this. I just don't want to reveal too much of my private life online. That's just my rule. I can only reveal my artblock struggles and if you follow me, you will know that I'm getting better and I'm fighting a winning battle. I always believe in destiny. That is why when I am placed in a situation, good or bad, I always believe there is a reason why I am in this situation. No matter how I struggle or suffer, it will always pay off in the end, in any way or form. Everything is worth the while.
