Passion Day

Hello community, we want to teach you how to live a day full of passion. When a hoby becomes something else. We talk about love for horses, those beautiful moments that we spend when we ride on horseback.

Today I want to introduce you to Azabache, our little Asturian race horse originally from the Asturian mountains, it is more a horse of drag and strength, than of riding, although this does not take away any merit to be a magnificent walking friend and a curious detail is that for its size is listed as a pony for only 6 cm.

That indescribable feeling that you feel when the wind hits your face while you follow the rhythm of the gallop empties you of all that accumulated bad energy from day to day and fills you with peace and tranquility. Today I had the luck to accompany my friend @jayjes in the adventure of finding her partner of walks, so from very early we left to visit hipicas. Our first stop at 10 o'clock in the morning has been in a few blocks not very large, where we find this beautiful 3-year-old Spanish foal that shows a good plant and a good future.

But we did not want to be impressed by the first pretty face, so we went to another equestrian in search of our equine friend. The truth is that it was a very beautiful day since everything was in family and it was there where it happened ... the magic appeared ... the moment of the crush ... it floated by our side.

A beautiful four-year-old Spanish herd rolled mare named VODKA. His strength and elegance fell in love with @jayjes. Avery beautiful example that from what I understand will be taught in the natural dressage and of which I have the great honor of participating. Thanks @jayjes for allowing us to share this day with you. You will tell us if you will rename VODKA, and also how it is going in your new home.

-Equestrian sports-

Natural or "natural horsemanship" tries to pose the man-horse relationship from ideas such as friendship and assimilation of the basis of the behavior of the animal in freedom. A tradition that comes from old and that, today, is trying to conceptualize to be able to apply it in our work with horses.

The courses in which trainers of recognized prestige, such as Monty Roberts, Pat Parelli, Richard Maxwell, Fernando Noailles or Lucy Rees, teach their natural dressage techniques show that these have nothing magical. The people who use and teach them are not "horse whisperer" endowed with special powers that facilitate their relationship with them. The principles of this type of dressage are the rationality, the psychology and the observation of the behavior of the horse in freedom, to apply them to the mount.

In Spain, less than a decade ago it has begun to hear about this new philosophy, and that causes many people understood in dressage to see it with suspicion. They consider the natural dressage as a kind of new "chifladura" with which the mystics of the horse pretend to banish techniques and utensils that have always worked to tame these animals.
