Steemit Newbie...Introduction

Hello, my name is Shaneeka Levy,I am 20 years old. I am a Steemit newbie ready to tell you more about myself, why I am here, and what I would like to accomplish here,and elaborate on some of the struggles I have endured and continue to go through. Let us start with a little about my background, I am from a small island called Jamaica located in the Caribbean.I lived in Jamaica for 17 years of my life until I migrated to America in search of greater opportunities in areas like education and jobs. I currently live in a town called Spring in Texas it is on the outskirts of Houston.Personally,I would describe myself as very shy but the many lessons life has taught me thus far is to be confident in everything that you do; I enjoy music in every aspect whether writing, singing,or singing.In the near future music if possible would be my dream job whether through means of production or performance. I was introduce to Steemit by a business partner and I hope to accomplish a few things while being a member of this community they include: meeting individuals of like minds, build a tribe of people who enjoy the content I provide , and elaborate more on my work and life.
