Thanks for sharing your story with me 🙈 That makes me feel a little better! And you are absolutely right about the knees! I feel like it’s the knees and the lower back that really determine ones age 🤣 Great way to think about it for sure. Hopefully I can slowly go grey until age 40 from here 🤞🏼

Hahha, Dude....it's never fun to see the grey hairs. More have showed up for me in the last year. It started in my beard first. Father time is trying to chase me down. LOL

Hahaha glad to hear I’m not the only guy getting shocked by the grey hairs. For a while I would get some like that in my facial hair too but after close inspection I found that they were blonde and not grey. But this one grey hair on my head looks like it was owned by Gandalf or some other dude with straight up grey hair so there was no way to convince myself it wasn’t grey 🤣🤣
