Are you Drinking Enough Water?

So this shouldn't come as a Surprise that Drinking Water is an Essential Part of Living in our Day to Day Life. That being said we don't get any Indicator Sign like our Smartphone Batteries that says that it's Time to Drink Water, so it is a bit Tricky to know when its Time to Drink Water or if You are Dehydrated.

Fortunately for us,​ our body does Give​ subtle Signs which if noticed will help to eradicate your Dehydrating problem. Let me Point those out from Easy to the Hardest to Notice.

1. Increase in Thirst and Drying Mouth

This is the most Basic Sign of you Noticing that you need to Drink some Water. If you feel Thirsty you obviously need Water.

2. Urination

If you have Decreased Urine Content plus if the Urine has some Yellowish tint to it than it is a sign for you to Hit up a Few Glasses of Water.

3. Muscle Spasms

This one is a bit Tough to Notice. If your Body doesn't have enough Water it heats up your Muscles which ultimately leads to Muscle Spasms. So next Time you get a Spasm try having a Glass of Water First.

4. Sleepiness

This is probably the toughest one to Notice. You may feel Sleepiness in the Middle of the Day even though you slept well the Night Before. That is because your Body is Craving for Water and is literally going into Sleep Mode to Preserve Juice.

I know I have done that many Times. Something that could have been solved by a Glass of Water was overcomplicated​ by​ me.

There are people who do not like to drink water but there are many fruits and vegetables that contain it and are alternatives

yes @arunava you are right, water play a main role in our life. water provide shining to our face and make it smoothy.
A machine cannot be run without fuel, as same human body cannot be run without water.

It is very important to take enough water. We forget to take water when we remain busy in some work in the office etc. That's why we should notice the symptoms you mentioned above in your post. Thanks for sharing this valuable and important information.
