Success is not an overnight achievement. To break the staires we have to learn so many things. Failure is only the way to success. But it depends on how we see and treat failure. Desiring perfect output is okay but embracing reality is also necessary.

Failure hurts no matter how positivism we carry and what the situation is. But if we want to take failure as the way to success we have to build some habits and have to go through some activities to make it happen.

Doing the same old thing for years can't make us develop. If we can't manage to take a step forward because of the fear to fail; we will never grow ourselves. Trying to avoid development, changes and challenges freeze our tracks. So, if we can't evaluate what we need to learn from failure we will always be in fear and would try to avoid it forever.

But failure is a thing that may gonna find you. So, it's better to learn from failure and turn it into our success tool.

How?

• Open up to criticism. Criticism can save us in so many ways. But we often hate it. We should try to figure out what other people want to see on us, how we are doing and what we need to develop. And criticism can bring all of them to us.

• Don't try to get instant success. The more we learn the more we grow. It takes time to be successful in something. And expecting something instant is so foolish. Easy money and easy success will never sustain.

• See the small achievements. Only memorizing a single word can help us learn a new language.

You see, it's like changing the behavior the way we used to see things. And if we can make it, it will be easy to learn from our mistakes and be a successful one on the way.

It may take time as this is related to so many other things. But the time and effort worth to try to turn failure as a success tool.
