About me

I am 22 years old. I was born 1999\07\08. I was born in Johannesburg South Africa. I immigrated to New Zealand when I was 20 years old to start a new life and to create a better future for myself. I have had so many learning curves coming here, some positive and some negative but that's the story of life. The cultural difference between Sa & NZ is pretty big. Sa is a very busy lifestyle and also very dangerous. NZs life style is way more laid back and less dangerous, there is obviously crime here but it is way way less because the police are on top of everything. For anyone interested, the reason why Sa is so bad is because of the level of corruption through out the government and municipalities. This corruption leads to poverty in the country as money is being stolen which should be used for the country. The poverty then leads to crime because people have no money to buy necessities. This makes people very desperate and with the lowest salary coming in at only $400p/m, that's definitely enough just to survive. All of this stems from apartheid which ended in 1994, which people are still suffering from after 27 years. The only way South Africa has a chance of making it is the reelection of the entire government board and new political parties brought to the table.

Motocross

I know I got a little off track but all of this relates to my story since i grew up in that kind of environment. More stuff actually about myself. I am a huge hobbyist and i tend to lean towards hobbies that drain the bank. I have been riding motocross bikes since I was 3 years old (18 years). It is my biggest passion in life. fortunately I have only ever suffered one significant injury which unfortunately was a cracked rotator cuff in my right shoulder, I am still suffering after 9 years, I still wake up with a numb shoulder and cant perform certain tasks at times, The only way to fix it is through key hole surgery and the recovery period from that is 9 months. I cant afford to be off work for that long in this period in my life but when I'm studying i will be able to get the corrective surgery and restore some of the movement back into my arm.

Mountain biking

Mountain biking is more of a time to time hobby for me, I have been riding bicycles for the last 5 years of my life, in fact I learnt how to ride a motorbike before i could ride a bicycle. Its more of a fitness thing for me, so i can build my muscle endurance. I have done mainly 30-50km races and the longest being 75km. I've done some downhill racing which is my most favorite part ( Downhill's fun for everyone). It is also the most dangerous. I love the jumps and the speed you can carry throughout the track, fast line choice or memorizing the lines. For anyone looking for an exciting hobby with even more exciting people i highly recommend it.

My everyday life

I am studying to become a carpenter through BCITO, a New Zealand based company which works at your pace and allows you to work while you study, they come and visit you on site to do reviews and see where you are with your course studies. I like the way they do this because then its at your own pace but it also leaves it open to taking longer to finish the course. Besides that I am working towards a body goal, I am trying to do some shredding/ripping. So basically losing body fat and replacing it with muscle. I must admit its been a difficult adjustment but that's with any diets or eating plans. Next to that I am trying to build my Digital marketing company again, I have 2 clients to start with and build my experience and portfolio. My goal by the end of the year is to have at least 5 clients at roughly $500 per month. No need I explain what the company does in depth but we basically manage all social media accounts and run/update your websites. I also work full time for a company called City Care for Auckland council. We do work at schools, parks and public spaces. We build bridges, footpaths and install new playgrounds and many more things. I enjoy going for runs and walks and going out with friends for the odd drink or 3.
