Alex, I got my first one at 22 and went completely gray in my 40s. But it's all good. Remember, you're only as old as the cartilage in your knees! lol

    Thanks for sharing your story with me 🙈 That makes me feel a little better! And you are absolutely right about the knees! I feel like it’s the knees and the lower back that really determine ones age 🤣 Great way to think about it for sure. Hopefully I can slowly go grey until age 40 from here 🤞🏼
