Hello Steemians,
I think I didn't have a chance to share with you that I practice yoga more half a year. Yoga training make me happy, serene, in balance with the body and the spirit and generally have to share with you that yoga is the best thing I've ever done for my body and spirit in life so far. Everything started with my relocation to Montenegro, when I wanted to reduce the stress of relocation, a new life and obligations. Searching on the Internet, I found that yoga works very efficiently on the whole organism. Very quickly I inquired and found the yoga training and yoga instructor who for me does have a beneficial impact every time I hereby also want to thank her for everything I have achieved thanks to her.
Yoga has revived me, and I really want to recommend to you to start yoga as soon as possible :)
About Yoga
Yoga - it's a word that appears very often in the media and has become an international term. However, despite the fact that almost everyone has heard about Yoga, many people know very little about it.
Yoga is certainly more than a well-designed method for perfecting the body, but what is it in fact?
Yoga is a science of the body, mind and spirit. The physical part of Yoga consists of Asana - exercises and positions that develop the body and Pranayama - breathing exercises. Mental development in Yoga is achieved through breathing exercises, concentration exercises and meditation. The physical benefits that you can expect from exercise are, among others, improvement in circulation, increased elasticity of all muscles, increased strength and resistance to disease. Particular attention is paid to Yoga by the spinal column, whose increased elasticity does not only result in good health, but also successfully suppresses the many difficulties that people in the 21st century suffer. Asanas stimulate, massage and stimulate not only the muscles, but also the internal organs and glandular system. Pranayama is effective against poor breathing, which is very widespread. Controlled breathing techniques activate otherwise inactive muscles of the breast. The lungs are filled to their full capacity and oxygenation is improved. The blood is purified from toxins, and the lungs expand and strengthen. Through the Yoga, all parts of our body are stimulated to function as a whole in the best health, calm and relaxed.

Yoga is a precious gift of Indian sages, Yogi, the world. The science they developed for hundreds and thousands of years has evolved from their desire to help people in all possible living conditions, without the use of instruments, medicines and other external resources. They wanted a method that would depend only on what every person already possesses: his body, mind and spirit. Yoga is simple and natural and does not consist of many things but only from one; it is a comprehensive system that leads to unity.
There are various initiatives for practicing Yoga. One may want to work only for physical health, others to learn to concentrate, and some exercise because of certain philosophical convictions and to gain inner peace and balance. Whatever your goal, you need to start with the basic Asanas and Pranayamas (exercises and breathing).
People are curious creatures and many of us want to experience as many interesting experiences in life as possible. That's why it's good to know what you can expect from Yoga. Many people want to reach all the things they heard or read that are possible through Yoga and want them right away. That's not possible! Yoga is a natural way and its results are developed naturally and gradually.
Plants must be watered every day, but flowers and fruits will come only when it's time. If you oppose nature, you have to bear the consequences. If the plant is given too much water, it will rub it, and if it does not dry it too much. This means that in our lives we must achieve and maintain the harmony of body and spirit and harmony lower and more consciousness. You do not need to exercise excessively, but you should not be negligent. If you exercise according to the instructions, you can be sure that you will pick the fruits of your work. But be patient. People, especially in the Western world, are accustomed to expecting immediate results. If we are ill, we expect a pill that will heal us immediately. If we want to travel, we move into a car, train or plane and reach our destination quickly and with a relatively little effort. We have a lot of electrical devices and an entertainment industry whose goal is not to leave us free time in which we would be bored or should have been thinking too much. When we are dissatisfied, we want simple solutions and there are many people who claim that we can give them (or sell) them. You need to understand that we are thoroughly immersed in this way of thinking and to wonder if that is right. Yoga does not have immediate answers and solutions, and you will not become a Master and achieve perfection overnight - even for a few months or even years. But if you practice correctly (every day!), With faith (and it will not be easy), you can count on the fact that you are steadily progressing towards the goal and building the foundation for the life of integrity, happiness and peace.

***Yoga position: standing on head (Sirsasana) ***
In thrill, I want to share with you that I have almost mastered the advanced level of yoga and succeeded with the help of my instructor to make the advanced asana stand on my head. I am proud of myself and I want to share it with you too.
See the pictures below.
The weight of this asane is that although you stand upside down, you do not feel pressure on your neck and it's not as hard as it looks. Take my word for it.
Preparation for asanas begins by trying to find a point on the head-themes that do not put pressure on the neck, but only on the head. Finding this point is a key to the success of this asane.
When I found the point, I gently pulled off my knees and body, as you can see, I do it with the help of my instructor, but soon I will succeed and completely myself. I'm sure of it.
And finally obtained this :)
This is me guys, standing on my head.
Stand on head. The feeling is phenomenal.
Like every position in yoga, and this has its benefits to the body and spirit and everything has its goal in yoga
It is a good practice to practice this asane:
Ancient Yoga books call this position "king of all asans". The reasons for this are numerous, and above all because of the comprehensive and balanced action of this asana on the body, spirit, mind and emotions.
The reversed body position in this assane acts very strongly on the bloodstream - the venous blood stems from the legs, the blood congestion in the internal organs disappears, and the cerebral cells are filled with fresh arterial blood. Anything that improves the circulation Sirsasan deepens breathing, stimulates and stimulates intellectual functions (memory, concentration), improves the spine static which contributes to proper body holding, acts on the senses-improves vision and hearing ... Regular practice of this beneficial asane disappears many states of nervousness and anxiety, and spiritual aspects are expanding.
I'm very excited to share my achievements on yoga training with you. I hope you liked it and at least I started someone to start yoga exercises.
