Being healthy is not just by eating nutritious food or getting the cardio exercise that you are doing in your daily routine, this simple habits can contribute a lot in your daily health... I am sharing this to you, because I have been doing this as a part of my daily routine besides the other healthy tips that I have been sharing to you recently... I hope this will also help you to keep your body in sound shape.
- Drink water before every meal
Actually we need to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily to keep us fully hydrated. Water takes up space in your stomach and it will make you feel full, so you Won't need to eat much to feel satisfied plus drinking water will not only hydrates you but as well a great way to the the calorie-riddled beverage you may have had otherwise. Recent study shows drinking water will also keep you energized.
2.Make one of your meals healthier each day
In making meals healthier, you must consider eating variety of foods to get all the nutrients you can get with remember to consider the right amount, you can also refer it to the food pyramid guide. Use the healthy food like instead of butter use olive oil or any vegetable oil will do...once you start to choose to eat healthy there is a chance you will get to do more healthy food make over.
3.Walk More
Just sitting the whole time will give you health issues such as obesity that will eventually lead to cardiovascular illness, diabetes, kidney problems and the like. Fortunately, there is a solution to this walk more frequently!
Like in our daily routine simple exercise will do, instead of using an escalator or lift why not use the stairs. Extra movement does make a difference, you don't have to sit down all the time find working activities that you can do while standing up, example talking over the phone or discussing your project with co-worker.
4.Add vegetables to everything
We can get most of the essential vitamins and minerals in vegetables , why not include it in our diet and make it a habit to add up in our meals. It can also decrease the risk of having cardiovascular disease , maintain our skin healthy and glowing at same time it will help us feel full. Most recommended are dark green colored veggies like broccoli, cabbage, kale and some sorts of leafy green are nice source of vitamins and minerals.
5.Get a good night sleep
Getting adequate amount of sleep will help our body keep not only healthy but energize all through the day, it can also improve your memory and your quality of life, helps you maintain healthy weight and diminish your stress. WebMd suggest that average adults needs between 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep per night
. If you have trouble sleeping at night you may have to do some relaxation technique to keep your body at ease such as yoga or meditation before going to bed will do. Don't forget to maintain a semi lighted room, free from distraction and noise. A glass of milk also soothes others to help them go to bed.
Here are some of my tips that doesn't really require that much effort to include on your daily activities, it is just a matter of choosing the right path to a more healthier lifestyle.
