We're Being/We've Been... Played
I don't think you're stupid. I don't think you're naive. I don't even think you're gullible. Who do I mean by "You"? Why, humanity of course.
I think you've made a choice, based on the information you receive. Where does/did this information come from?
Everything you've read, been told, taught, read, heard in conversations or at lectures and everything you've experienced. Most peoples's experiences have been controlled and comfortable relative to those who wage wars and certainly those who've been the victims of war.
I completely understand. The masses must be controlled and it's particularly tricky when the ratio of those in control, (those who rule this planet) as opposed to the general population is somewhere in the neighborhood of 1:99
Conspiracy researchers surmise that the same "people" who control us today have controlled us for the past ten thousand years; since the flood waters receded. It's not a matter of longevity, but a matter of bloodlines, ideology and methodology. A matter of staying one psychological step ahead of the masses. If not, the planet would descend into chaos. (As it surely must have been before they arrived.)
Since... whenever, a system of controls has been established, religion (which is belief), fiat currency and fear. I believe these are the holy trinity of controls. It's no coincidence that Chris Rock noted that money is America's religion. The economy runs on belief that the dollar you've traded for your energy will be accepted by the next individual. It's a human interaction; after all, you don't get a dollar from a human and then pay a dog for, for instance, guarding your stuff.
Money has led many individuals to a state of comfort. With enough wealth we can sit back and observe the world without considering how that wealth is generated or who suffered, or even died to get that wealth into our 99" flat screen TV on which we enjoy our favorite sporting events, drama or fake news.
And with that... Enjoy the show.

BBC (2004)
This is Part One of a three part BBC documentary on the, or "a" history, of how the west has been cowed and controlled by one, (and certainly all) of the arms of the Trilogy of Control. Surprisingly it's available on YouTube. (All three segments, although you'll only get one from Noxsoma.)
Just a small disclaimer. The BBC is owned by the British government, so its reporting will almost certainly be skewed away from any nefarious involvement by The Crown or the City of London or any of the northern European monarchies. And although this was created in 2004 you will recognize some of the names and ideologies.
An honest viewer will be able to extrapolate those same ideologies, practices and strategies right through to the present day.
Soundcloud Mix: When Alex Cruz releases one of his Deep & Sexy podcasts (mixes) it's an event. He's a touring dj (whose dates are available on his soundcloud page) whose selections live up to the moniker he's chosen. The whole vibe is deep and sexy and it's perfect that his gigs are beach side, pool side or nice hotels. Many of his selections are are stylized covers of popular throwbacks, but there seems to be plenty of new tracks in there as well. This particular mix has its origin in Cairo, Egypt at The Tap West, earlier this month.
Splitting his base between the USA and Amsterdam, Cruz is one of only a handful of deejays from this cyber realm that I'd want to check out. I can only hope that the venue and audience are as deep & sexy of the music.

Today mom and I restart our Come Back fitness sessions. We got three rounds in. Fifteen minutes and the first round was a true warm up, with mostly rotations.
I should get some work done today. Work done. Took longer.
The walk was epic, a personal best, 83 minutes and plus 10 lbs in the pack... (total 40). And no need for a recovery nap.
Then family time. Dinner at Sang Kee and drinks after.
Maybe some exercise before sleep. Nope. The nap I postponed after the walk caught up with me after the events of the evening.
